Adult Sewing Class — Mondays 5:30–7 PM | 90-Minute Session All skill levels welcome — perfect for beginners and anyone returning to the craft! This relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace class is designed for adults who want to learn to sew or brush up on the basics in a supportive, small-group setting. Each month we work on fun, practical projects you'll actually use and love. Project examples include: 🧵 Aprons 🧵 Patchwork bags 🧵 Simple tote bags 🧵 Pillowcases 🧵 And more beginner-friendly makes! No experience necessary. Machines available to reserve. Choose Your Registration Option 📅 Drop-In Session — $65/session Book any single session. No commitment required. 📅 4 Session Course — $220/month Pay for the full month upfront. Includes 4 sessions. ⭐ Monthly Membership — $175/month Best value! Auto-renews monthly. Includes priority machine reservation. Materials not included — fabric requirements provided ahead of class. Sewing Machines Bring your own full-size machine, or reserve one of our studio machines (subject to availability — monthly members receive priority). Please do not bring mini or compact machines. Location Whidbey Coffee Café — Community Room | Burlington, WA Registration Details All fees must be paid in full before the first class of the month Space is limited to 10 students Make-up classes available for monthly members In the event of weather or venue cancellations, a make-up session will be scheduled 📌 Classes begin in May! Pick up: All participants must be picked up on time. After 5 mins, a charge of $1 per min will be applied to your account. Liability Waiver, Medical Consent & Media Release Positive Change, LLC By registering for or participating in any class, camp, workshop, lesson, or event hosted by Positive Change, LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that sewing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sewing machines, scissors, rotary cutters, irons, needles, and electrical equipment, which may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Positive Change, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and hosting facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation, whether for myself or my minor child. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Positive Change, LLC to obtain medical treatment if I cannot be reached, and I accept responsibility for any related costs. I grant permission for photographs and/or video taken during programs to be used for promotional purposes. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or the parent/legal guardian of the participant, and I agree to these terms voluntarily.
