Service Description
Sewing is a lifelong skill — and there is no better time to start than right now. Summer Sewing Wednesdays is a weekly class for 7 weeks, designed for young makers of all ages and all skill levels. Whether your child has never touched a sewing machine or has been sewing for years, this is the class where they grow. This is a great course to keep them creative throughout the summer. Every week is a mix of real instruction and genuine fun. Students work on their own chosen projects, guided by skill level and personal goals, while building foundational sewing skills that stick. Some weeks it's a new technique. Some weeks it's a deep dive into construction. Every week, your child leaves having made progress on something they're proud of. Small by design. Ten spots only. Every student gets hands-on attention, real instruction, and the space to actually create. All ages welcome. All skill levels welcome. Pick up: All participants must be picked up on time. Liability Waiver, Medical Consent & Media Release Positive Change, LLC By registering for or participating in any class, camp, workshop, lesson, or event hosted by Positive Change, LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that sewing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sewing machines, scissors, rotary cutters, irons, needles, and electrical equipment, which may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Positive Change, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and hosting facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation, whether for myself or my minor child. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Positive Change, LLC to obtain medical treatment if I cannot be reached, and I accept responsibility for any related costs. I grant permission for photographs and/or video taken during programs to be used for promotional purposes. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or the parent/legal guardian of the participant, and I agree to these terms voluntarily.
