Including: depression (clinical, post natal, seasonal affective disorder SAD), anxiety disorders (for example: social anxiety, general anxiety, hypochondria, death anxiety), panic attacks, fears & phobias, eating disorders (bulimia, anorexia, compulsive overeating, binge eating, food phobias), body dysmorphia, addictions (alcohol, pornography, non-prescription drugs, gambling), anger management, self harm, abuse from others (emotional, physical, domestic violence, neglect, financial), rape and assault, trauma, unwanted habits, severe stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Suicide, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) gender and identity issues, habits mild and severe (including hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, for example)
