Couples Therapy Couples Therapy

Maybe you want to stay together and work things through or gain clarity about whether to split up?  Coming to see a professional neutral person can help make things much clearer.

This is about exploring and resolving issues such as communication problems, managing different needs and expectations. It is also about help to manage separation and how to minimise the effect on the children.

Most couples have up to 6 sessions, sometimes one or two of those sessions may be as individuals and then we reconvene again. There are relationship questionnaires which can also provide insight.

Finding a partner, to avoid repeating unhelpful relationship patterns as well as dealing with a divorce or relationship split can also be a time when talking to a professional can help you deal with your feelings, feel supported and gain clarity.
